Wally's Grill is located in the Gudger Student Center. It is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Visit the Grill's 脸谱网 page for 汤 of the Day updates and more information.
The Grill is where Residence Hall students who are enrolled in the 膳食计划 take their meals, which include hot meal options for dinner.
Dining with pg电子官网状态's Culinary Arts Program
The pg电子官网状态 Culinary Arts program serves lunch most Wednesdays from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. in the Cafe at the School of Nursing and Center for Science, located at the north 校园尽头. All meals are $5 each, including a choice of tea or water. 已含税. The menu features gourmet as well as lighter fare, and rotates approximately monthly. (Meals are served as takeout only at this time.) Notifications of dates and menus are sent to your WSCC email.
Current Menu - End of Summer Chaos (through Sept. 6)
沙拉: Poached Shrimp Poke Bowl
This wholegrain option begins with a bed of light and umami quinoa , layered with flavorful poached shrimp in a spicy, sesame flavored remoulade dressing and decorated with chopped mango, sliced strawberry, green onions, and edamame .
汤: Smoked Sausage, white bean and Kale soup
A light and flaverful soup featuring smoked sausage cooked long and slow with onions, garlic, white beans, and kale. Garnished with smoked paprika and served with a peach 松饼.
三明治: Banh Mi with Watermelon pickle
A classic sandwich from Vietnam with a new end of summer feature. Thinly sliced marinated pork loin and salami layered on a toasted baguette with spicy mayo and a crisp, refreshing oriental slaw of carrot and watermelon rind. Served with your choice of chips.
意大利面: Chorizo Cincinnati Chili
Chorizo sausage sauteed and cooked into a Mediterranean spiced sauce, finished with an unsweetened cocoa This mixture is combined with a fresh tomato puree and served over perfectly cooked spaghetti. Garnished with green onions and cheddar cheese.
主菜: Twice baked cheddar-chive potatoes with BBQ Shredded pork
Fresh and tender pulled pork drizzled with house made BBQ sauce and laid over a creamy herbed potato flavored with bacon, cheddar cheese, and chives.

The pg电子官网状态 Campus Ministries organization hosts its Food For Thought meal on the first and third Monday of each month, as the schedule allows, in the Student Center 大厅，上午11点开始.m. 到1p.m.
